Solving a problem we knew all too well

When we started PETE, it wasn't just about building another tech company. It was about solving a problem we knew all too well.

For Jacques, it was the challenge of onboarding and expanding training while leading the growth of his previous billion-dollar fintech company. For Luis, it was spending 20 years in education dealing with the challenges that came with implementing digital learning at scale.

That's why, in June 2023, we co-founded PETE to create the solution we wish we'd had before. As an AI-native platform, we saw an opportunity to rethink what workforce learning could be, moving beyond training to help organizations build a more capable workforce and drive business growth.

Formal training is only one part of helping people succeed at work. Teams also need opportunities to practice what they've learned, find answers when they need them, and apply their knowledge in real situations. PETE brings all of that together, from training to performance in one system.

We've seen the difference this can make for our customers. Today, organizations around the world are using our platform to increase productivity, scale learning across large, distributed workforces, and extend their knowledge to the customers they serve. These outcomes continue to shape what we build and where we're headed next.
