Orlando, Florida (12/08/25) – PETE (pete.com), a leader in AI-powered workforce training solutions, announced today the official rebrand of PlutoLMS to PETE LMS, following PETE’s acquisition of the South Africa–based learning management platform earlier this year. The rebrand aligns both companies under a shared global identity while preserving each platform’s unique strengths. It also sets the foundation for deeper product alignment in the future.

The transition to PETE LMS reflects months of strategic integration efforts designed to bring PlutoLMS customers into PETE’s rapidly expanding AI-powered ecosystem. Under this new structure, PETE LMS will serve as a product offering designed for organizations seeking a more traditional LMS experience.

“This rebrand is an important step in bringing everything we’re building under one identity,” said Luis Garcia, Co-Founder and CEO of PETE. “As we continue expanding our products and services, having a unified brand helps us better support our customers and stay aligned with our long-term vision for PETE and the future of workforce training.”

PETE first announced its acquisition of PlutoLMS in January 2025, a move that significantly accelerated its global presence and product capabilities. PlutoLMS brought with it an established international customer base across Europe, South Africa, Asia, Australia, and the United States, along with a robust enterprise-grade LMS platform trusted by organizations around the world.

Since its founding in June 2023, PETE has emerged as one of the fastest-growing disruptors in AI-powered workforce training, serving clients like Kia Center, Addition Financial, Orlando City Soccer, Schell Brothers, and Falcon Farms. PETE’s expansion into Security, Logistics, Retail, and Transportation demonstrates the platform’s unique fit for high-rotation, deskless workforce organizations that need to train large numbers of workers quickly and consistently.
